Since 2004, Mebel International has focused on steady, honest growth

Many manufacturers borrow heavily to expand before they even have buyers. We do things differently

We have only expanded our factory and bought new machinery after securing real, validated contracts with global clients

We deliberately chose the name “Mebel” which means furniture in both Indonesian and Dutch

From the very beginning, it was our way of honoring our local roots while preparing to serve the international market

Today as an established indonesia furniture manufacturer, our patient journey ensures that we have the financial stability, skilled team, and raw materials to deliver your orders on time

Timeline of MI History

2004: How We Started

We began in a small 200 m² rented workshop in Semarang, Central Java, with just four workers

Our very first order was making wooden cabinets for the U.S. export market

This early work taught us how to meet strict international quality standards from day one

2006: Moving to an Industrial Park

We secured our first major contract with a British wholesale buyer

To handle this order, we moved to a larger 2,500 m² space in the Tambak Aji Industrial Park

This move proved we could deliver high-quality, custom furniture in large volumes

2009: Going Truly Global

As more international buyers trusted our delivery times, we expanded our sales into South Korea, Japan, the UK, and Europe

To support this growth, we bought land and expanded our factory to 12,000 m²

2014: Invest CNC & High Technology

We won a major contract to supply custom furniture for hotel guestrooms across North America

To meet their highly detailed specifications, we hired a dedicated R&D team and bought advanced Italian CNC machinery, veneer hot presses, and automatic edging machines

2020: The One-Million Milestone

By 2020, our team grew to over 300 skilled local carpenters, hand-carvers, and office staff

This was also the year we celebrated a huge milestone: shipping over 1 million pieces of beautiful, custom furniture to buyers worldwide

To keep up with demand, we added another high-speed 4-head CNC machine

2022: New Product Lines

We expanded our wood production capabilities by investing in a highly precise German-made 6-Head Moulder

This advanced technology allowed us to diversify into high-quality wood casket manufacturing, which we now ship to families and partners worldwide
