Manufacturing Infrastructure Engineered to Support your Business
Every piece of furniture that leaves our facility is the product of a purpose-built production ecosystem
One engineered not merely for scale, but for the kind of consistency, precision, and end-to-end accountability that international buyers can stake their brand reputation on
From the first cut of raw timber to the final carton seal, every process, every zone, and every inspection serves one purpose: what you ordered is exactly what arrives
Built for Precision at Volume
Our workshop floor operates as a fully zoned production environment, structured so that large-scale orders and precision craftsmanship coexist without compromise
Dedicated Material Preparation, Lower Carpenter, and Veneer Areas ensure every component is properly graded, shaped, joined, and surfaced, by craftsmen working in environments designed specifically for the work they do
CNC machining delivers the dimensional accuracy and repeatability that high-volume international orders demand
Specialized zones like Sample Maker Areas allow custom, sample, and bulk production to run in parallel on the same floor, without one affecting the timeline or quality of another
A permanent Compressor Area and Mechanic Room maintain every machine at peak operational condition, keeping unplanned downtime off your production schedule
MC Controlled 10 – 12% From Workshop to Destination
Wood is a living material. It absorbs and releases moisture as temperature and humidity shift, and without deliberate conditioning, that movement becomes visible after delivery: cracked grain, warped panels, and joints that open weeks after arrival.
Oven Rooms bring every piece to a moisture content of 10 – 12%, the internationally accepted threshold for structural stability, eliminating the residual moisture that causes warping and cracking through temperature-varying containers and foreign climates
Our Dehumidifier Rooms complete the process. Each finished unit is slowly re-acclimatized to a stable moisture equilibrium before packing, preventing the sudden environmental shift into a sealed container from cracking surfaces or lifting finishes
The result is furniture that arrives intact, and stays that way, whether it is opened in a Rotterdam warehouse in January or a Dallas showroom in August
Six-Zone Finishing Facilities
Our finishing facility spans dedicated Iron Finishing, White Finishing, Toning, Wiping, Top Coat, and Touch-Up areas, each zone purpose-assigned to deliver color accuracy, surface consistency, and durability that meets international export standards
Every surface that reaches your customer reflects the quality you promised them
Nothing proceeds without clearing the stage before it, and no unit enters a carton box without passing both inspections
Dedicated Infrastructure Raw Material to Container Loading
Our warehousing infrastructure is organized around a single commitment: your shipment leaves on time, complete, and undamaged. Our facility maintains two dedicated tracks, one for materials, one for finished goods, ensuring production supply and outbound logistics operate independently without delay or interference
Inbound timber is received, inspected, and logged in our Raw Material Warehouse, while a dedicated Material Stock Area stages production-ready components for immediate workshop access. A separate Accessories Warehouse keeps hardware, fittings, and supplementary materials fully traceable throughout the production cycle
On the outbound side, a dedicated Packing Area and Packing Warehouse maintain continuously stocked packaging materials, supported by a Weekly Carton Box Room that replenishes carton supply on a rolling basis, so your order is never held waiting for a box
Completed, QC-cleared units are transferred to a secure Goods Storage Area and held until container loading. An on-site Raw Material Warehouse Office maintains full administrative oversight across both tracks, ensuring nothing enters production unaccounted for and no shipment leaves without complete documentation
