Raw Material Inspection

Before production begins, we rigorously inspect all incoming timber

We verify the wood species, grade, and mandatory SVLK legal certification, while using precision meters to ensure the moisture content is perfectly balanced to prevent future cracking

Specifically controlling wood moisture content to a highly stable 8–10% equilibrium

This strict moisture management providing the foundational dimensional stability required to prevent warping during international shipping and in varied climate exposures

Component Inspection

As the wood is cut and shaped, we continuously monitor dimensional accuracy. we ensure every single component is perfectly sized and free of material defects

This stage heavily leverages our advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining centers to achieve a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm and repeat positioning within ±0.02mm

We will also using MAL to make sure each component that we built has same dimension and structure

Assembly & Furniture Strength

During the initial build, we test the structural integrity and joinery of each piece. We check how every component fits together and conduct stress simulations to guarantee maximum durability and strength under heavy commercial use

For our hospitality and commercial retail clients, this means ensuring that every joint is properly glued, screwed, and doweled to withstand intensive daily use cycles that far exceed residential wear

We utilize pneumatic clamping and specialized assembly jigs in climate-controlled bays to verify squareness, stability, and load-bearing performance before any piece moves forward

Sanding & Surface

Before any finish is applied, we evaluate the smoothness of every surface under controlled lighting

Our quality team verifies the sanding stages by hand to ensure the wood is flawlessly prepped for optimal finish adhesion

We follow a strict progressive grit protocol, typically moving through 80, 120, 180, and 220 grit abrasives, while rigorously cleaning the surface between each stage

This will eliminates swirl marks, waves, and uneven textures that could otherwise telegraph through the final coating, ensuring a flawless foundation for premium finishes

Finishing & Uniformity

We use exact color-matching techniques and measure coating thickness to ensure a beautiful, uniform, and long-lasting finish that meets your exact aesthetic standards

All finish applications occur in environmental-controlled spray booths to prevent dust contamination

We utilize spectrophotometers for precise color matching, glossimeter for precise glossiness and we track finish batch records to guarantee that the appearance and film thickness remain perfectly consistent

Every pieces that we will applied finishing will be checked with master sample to make sure uniformity

Hardware & Fitting

We integrate the final hardware and accessories. We thoroughly test all moving parts, hinges, and functional mechanisms to ensure complete operational perfection before the piece is marked as finished

This functional testing is critical for high-use items like hospitality case goods, where drawer glides, door hinges, and custom hardware must operate flawlessly

Every component is cycled and inspected to ensure the aesthetic integration matches the mechanical reliability demanded by our brand standards and yours

Pre-Shipment MC & Packaging

Before leaving our factory floor, every order undergoes a final, comprehensive review

All of furniture will be checked the MC and will contained in Dehumidifier Room to stabilize MC to 10-12% before shipment

We verify the order’s completeness, ensure the protective export packaging is highly secure, and confirm all shipping documentation is perfectly accurate for a smooth delivery

Every approved item is documented photographically to verify its condition prior to being packed in ISPM-15 compliant crating with moisture barriers
