Quality is Built-In, Not Checked at the End
We do not believe in checking for quality only at the very end of the production line. By the time furniture is finished, fixing a mistake is too late and causes shipping delays
Instead, we build quality control into every single stage of our manufacturing process
Our quality control inspectors are completely independent. They are empowered with the absolute authority to stop the entire factory line at any stage if they spot a deviation or defect
We find the small errors early before they compound into bigger issues. This strict, proactive discipline is how we guarantee that only flawlessly built pieces receive export approval
Raw Material Inspection
Before any cutting begins, we rigorously inspect all incoming wood to ensure it matches our strict export standards.
- Grade & Species Inspection: We verify wood species and ensure we only utilize premium grades matching the structural demands of your project
- Plank Size & Thickness Control: We inspect the physical dimensions of incoming timber, verifying raw wood planks to ensure they match the exact specifications of your technical drawings
- Moisture Control: We use digital moisture meters to test the wood planks, ensuring they are thoroughly dried down to a highly stable 6% to 8% Moisture Content (MC)
Component Inspection
As the raw timber is cut and shaped into components, we monitor dimensional accuracy
- CNC Precision: We use advanced CNC machinery to achieve an incredible cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm and repeat positioning within ±0.02mm
- Standardized Alignment (MAL): We use custom layout guides (Master Alignment Layout / MAL) to double-check that each cut component matches the master sample’s exact structure and size
Assembly & Furniture Strength
During the initial build, we test the structural integrity of each piece
- Joinery: Every joint is properly glued, screwed, and dowelled. This ensures the furniture can handle the heavy daily use cycles of busy hotels and commercial retail environments
- Stress & Alignment Jigs: We use pneumatic clamping and specialized assembly jigs in climate-controlled bays to verify that every chair, table, and cabinet is perfectly square, stable, and strong
Sanding & Surface
Before we apply any paint, lacquer, or coating, we evaluate the smoothness of every single surface under bright, specialized lighting
- Hand-Inspected Smoothness: Our quality team feels every surface by hand to ensure the wood is completely prepped for optimal finish adhesion
- Progressive Grit Protocol: We follow a strict progressive sanding process, moving systematically through 80, 120, 180, and 220 grit abrasives, thoroughly cleaning the surface between each stage to eliminate swirl marks or waves
Finishing & Uniformity
We apply your approved finish in clean, environmentally-controlled spray booths to prevent dust contamination.
- Consistent Color & Shine: We use precise color-matching tools (spectrophotometers) and gloss meters to ensure the color, thickness, and shine are perfectly uniform
- Master Sample Check: Every single finished piece is physically compared against your approved master sample to guarantee 100% visual consistency across the entire production run
Hardware & Fitting
We integrate all custom hardware, metal accessories, and functional fittings
- Operational Perfection: We test every hinge, drawer glide, and door alignment multiple times
- High-Use Durability: This is critical for high-use hospitality furniture. We cycle-test every moving part to make sure it opens and closes smoothly, matches our aesthetic standards, and performs reliably for life
Pre-Shipment MC & Packaging
Before leaving our factory floor, your entire order undergoes a final, comprehensive review
- Pre-Shipment Re-Acclimatization: All furniture is checked for moisture content one last time and held in our Dehumidifier Room to stabilize the MC to a perfect 10-12% before boxing
- Moisture-Protected Packing: We pack every approved item in custom, ISPM-15 compliant wooden crating with heavy-duty protective wraps and active moisture barriers
- Photographic Records: We photographically document every single finished item to verify its pristine condition before the container is sealed
