From Concept to Completion. Done Right

Every project at Mebel International moves through six structured phases from the first alignment conversation all the way to the moment your shipment clears port

Each phase has a defined scope, a dedicated team, and a clear set of deliverables that are handed to you at every step

You will never be left wondering where your project stands. From the first technical drawing to the final pre-shipment photography, every milestone is documented, communicated, and verified before we move forward

This is not just how we manufacture furniture. It is how we protect your investment, your timeline, and your brand from the first conversation to the last container

Phase 1: Pre-Requirement Analysis

Every successful project begins with absolute alignment

During this phase, our business development and engineering teams work with you to clarify requirements, discuss concepts, and conduct an initial feasibility assessment

We explore material and finish options that meet both your aesthetic vision and commercial durability needs

Phase 2: Technical Development & Sample Production

We do not believe in mass-producing unverified designs. In this phase, our engineers conduct structural analysis and prepare precise technical drawings

For custom developments, a physical sample or prototype stage is mandatory

This allows you to physically evaluate the strength, functionality, and specific design elements before making a production commitment, radically reducing your risk

Phase 3: Production Planning

Every successful project begins with absolute alignment

During this phase, our business development and engineering teams work with you to clarify requirements, discuss concepts, and conduct an initial feasibility assessment

We explore material and finish options that meet both your aesthetic vision and commercial durability needs

Phase 4: Manufacturing Execution

Your project moves into full-scale production, managed under our rigorous 7-step quality control process

Using our Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach, we combine precision CNC machining for accuracy and consistency with skilled craftsmanship for fine detailing

Our quality control inspectors have the authority to pause production at any stage if any component does not meet the approved standard

Phase 5: Finishing & Final Assembly

Assembled pieces move into our environmentally controlled spray booths for multi-stage finishing

We apply your approved finish system, like natural penetrating oil, a hand-rubbed lacquer, or a commercial-grade catalyzed varnish

Hardware is installed, and complete product functionality (such as drawer glides and door alignments)

Phase 6: Packing & Shipment

Our dedicated Export-Import (EXIM) department takes over to ensure your investment is protected across global transit

We engineer custom, ISPM-15 compliant protective packaging and supervise the exact loading of the containers to optimize space and prevent damage

Our partnership does not end when the container leaves the Port of Tanjung Emas. We provide dedicated support to ensure operational readiness
