From Concept to Container: How We Build It Right

Importing custom furniture can feel like a guessing game

Many buyers worry about whether the final product will match their drawings, if the wood will survive the journey, or if the shipment will be delayed

We run a highly organized, six-phase production system that keeps you informed, protected, and in control from the first sketch to the moment your container clears the port

The 6 Phases of Production

Phase 1: Clear Alignment (Pre-Requirement Analysis)

We never start until we are 100% on the same page

Our engineering team works directly with you to review your design, check the feasibility of the structure, and select the right wood species and finishes to match your budget and durability needs

Phase 2: Technical Drawings & Mandatory Sampling

We do not believe in mass-producing unverified designs

Our team creates detailed 3D technical drawings for your final approval

For custom developments, we build a physical sample first so you can physically test its strength, proportions, and look before we start bulk production

Phase 3: Production Planning

Before we cut a single piece of wood, we map out the entire process

We source our pre-dried raw wood planks (6-8% moisture content), prepare custom metal guides (jigs) for the machines, and coordinate our workshop schedule to ensure your exact shipping deadline is met

Phase 4: Manufacturing Execution

Your project moves onto our Semarang workshop floor

We combine modern CNC machinery (for millimeter-perfect accuracy and consistency) with the hand-carving skills of our local craftsmen

Our strict quality inspectors have the full authority to pause production at any stage if they spot a mistake

Phase 5: Finishing & Final Assembly

Assembled pieces move into our clean, temperature-controlled spray booths

We apply your approved finish it is a natural oil, hand-rubbed lacquer, or a tough, commercial-grade protective coat

We then assemble the pieces and test every moving part, like drawer slides and door hinges, to ensure flawless movement

Phase 6: Packing & Shipment

Our shipping department takes over to pack your investment

We use custom, heavy-duty cardboard wrapping that meets international shipping safety rules (ISPM-15) and supervise the container loading to maximize space and prevent scratching

Our work is only done when your container safely departs the Port of Tanjung Emas in Semarang
